At Key Steps we provide high-quality supported accommodation for young people between age 16 to 25 on their pathway to independence. Through our quality accommodation, we offer young people security, stability, and a safe environment in which they can thrive.
Our support allows young people to build a positive mindset in order to set and achieve their goals, develop social and independent living skills, and build the self-confidence and self-esteem they will need to live independently.

Every member of staff understands the challenges Care Leavers face and strive to provide a safe, supported environment for every young person who comes to us.
Our staff all have a strong background in Social Care. They have worked in housing, YOS, Children’s Services, Mentoring, Fostering and Mental Health.
We understand that young people leaving care need somewhere safe and suitable to live to help them make a positive transition into adulthood.
